This contemporary, 'Scandi Christmas' fat quarter bundle by The Craft Cotton Co. features five beautiful designs.
The designs include: reindeer, hearts, fir trees, and snowflakes.
Each fat quarter is made from 100% premium cotton and is approximately 55cm x 50cm (21.7" x 19.7").
The fabric is suitable for Christmas crafting projects, quilting, patchwork, home decor and dressmaking.
PLEASE NOTE: For single orders of Fat Quarters sent to UK addresses only, we may untie the restraining ribbon from around the bundle and layer the individual fat quarters in order to achieve a thinner package so enabling us to minimise our postage charges. If desired, the ribbon may be retired to return the bundle to look just as shown in our photograph.
A little bit about Fat Quarters....
A fat quarter is a common speciality cut of fabric mainly used for DIY projects such as quilting and patchwork. It is a quarter of a yard (measuring approx. 18" x 22") or a quarter of a meter (approx. 45.5cm x 56cm) of fabric. The longest side measurement sometimes varies a little depending upon the width of the fabric.
Fat quarters offer more versatility allowing you to cut larger pieces of fabric than would be possible if you were using a regular quarter yard or metre of fabric which would measure approx. 9" x 44" (23cm x 112cm).
Fat quarter bundles are a great time saver as the fabric is already coordinated for you ensuring that whatever your DIY project, it is going to look fantastic!
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in the photos, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour with 100% accuracy. Thanks for your understanding.
The fabric is assumed to be non-fire resistant and hand wash only. I have successfully washed the fabric in a 30 degree machine wash but I strongly recommend that you test a small piece first to be sure.
