Our Konjac gift box contains:
1 konjac sponge;
1 bamboo face cloth.
THE KONJAC SPONGE
Our Konjac sponge is a natural, biodegradable, product made with moisture rich plant root fibres which are rich in natural vitamins and minerals. The sponge is an extremely gentle cleanser for both face and body. It gently exfoliates to remove dead skin cells, black heads, dirt and oil to bring out the natural glow of your skin. It's also great for all skin types too.
The Japanese believe Konjac is highly effective against acne causing bacteria and will help balance the PH of the skin.
Please note: The sponge is hard until soaked in water when the natural sponge quality of the Konjac is enabled and will become silky soft.
THE BAMBOO CLOTH
Our super soft, naturally antibacterial, cloth is made from highly sustainable bamboo fibres and gently buffs away dead skin cells to reveal the clean smooth skin beneath.
🌿 How to use the konjac sponge:
Begin by soaking the dry konjac sponge in warm water until fully softened and expanded. A wet sponge will expand to almost 1.5 times in size once wet. This can take up to 15 mins;
Before using the sponge remove the excess water by gently pressing the sponge between the palms of your hands. Do not twist, stretch or squeeze the sponge as you may damage it;
First rinse the face with warm water. You don't need to use a face wash when using this product;
Use it in a circular motion around the face and avoid harsh rubbing on acne or around the eyes;
When finished with the sponge gently press it to remove excess water and hang it in a well ventilated area to dry. Do not leave it in direct sunlight or on radiators;
Replace every 2-3 months.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free UK Returns
You don't need it anymore, it doesn't quite go with the rest of your outfit or sometimes, it simply isn't quite right.
If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at jan@antoniayork.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return request when you contact us. We value your comments. You will then receive a postage label and further instructions on how to return your items.
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery, and for sale items within 14 days from the date of delivery, to return unwanted items by post. Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached, in an unused condition. To streamline your return, we ask that you include your order number and name with your returned items.
Pack your items as securely as possible to prevent items becoming damaged in transit. Remember to ask for proof of posting.
Once we have received your return, we aim to inspect the items and process your refund within 7 working days. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is complete. You will be refunded for the item(s) that you return, at the price that you paid and to the original payment method used on purchase. If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with us at jan@antoniayork.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as orders with a bespoke element or personalised items.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty.
Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at jan@antoniayork.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns from Overseas
Customers making returns from outside of the UK will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked method of post that comes with proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. When posting your return from outside of the UK, select Returned Goods on the customs form. Not doing so could lead to delays or your items being rejected.
