Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy (from the date of delivery), and for sale items within 14 days from the date of delivery, to return unwanted items by post.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached, unworn, undamaged and in the condition they were received.
If approved, we will refund via the original method with which you paid. This takes on average 5-10 working days.
Pack your items as securely as possible to prevent items becoming damaged in transit. Please ensure that you have your name and order number attached.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we do not refund the shipping charge for the returned item. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service to mail your return.
Customers are responsible for the loss & cost when returning items.
Once we have received your return, we aim to inspect the items and process your refund within 7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is complete. You will be refunded for the item(s) that you return, at the price that you paid and to the original payment method used on purchase. If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with us at hello@antoniayork.com
Exchanges
All exchanges need to be agreed upon within the return window, as above. We accept exchanges if the item arrived to you damaged or faulty. We also accept exchanges for other Antonia York items of equal price, if the original is not quite right. The condition of items eligible for exchange must be consistent with the conditions detailed in the 'returns' stipulations above.
Return delivery costs of faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Antonia York.
Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@antoniayork.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns from Overseas
Customers making returns from outside the UK will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked method of post that comes with proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
When posting your return from outside the UK, select Returned Goods on the customs form. Not doing so could lead to delays or your items being rejected.
