Returns

You don't need it anymore, it doesn't quite go with the rest of your outfit or sometimes, it simply isn't quite right.

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order at antoniayork@mosi.ltd. Please include your name, order number and the  reason for the return request when you contact us. We value your comments. 

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery, and for sale items within 14 days from the date of delivery, to return unwanted  items by post. Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached, in an unused condition. To streamline your return, we ask that you include your order number and name with your returned items. 

Pack your items as securely as possible to prevent items becoming damaged in transit.

You will need to pay for the return postage; remember to ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Once we have received your return, we aim to inspect the items and process your refund within 7 working days. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is complete. You will be refunded for the item(s) that you return, at the price that you paid and to the original payment method used on purchase. If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with us at antoniayork@mosi.ltd

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as orders with a bespoke element or personalised items.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty.

 

Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at antoniayork@mosi.ltd so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Returns from Overseas

When posting your return from outside of the UK, select Returned Goods on the customs form. Not doing so could lead to delays or your items being rejected.
