Placing an order

What size should I order?
To get an overall idea of how our clothing will fit, take a look at our sizing guide here.

On each of our product descriptions we include fit information, as well as details of our model’s sizing. These should help you to get a better idea of how an item might fit you.

How will I know that you've received my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order; remember to check your junk mail folder. If you need further help, contact us here.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Contact us here as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your parcel is already on its way to you, a cancellation won't be possible but you can return the item(s) for a refund.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, not. You will need to place a new order.

Delivery

How much is delivery and how long will it take?
This will depend on your location and the delivery service selected for your order. You can find our delivery times and fees here.
Where do you ship to?
We happily ship all over the world. Our delivery fees change based on your destination and are automatically calculated for you at check out. You can see more information here.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We know sometimes you need something last minute, so for UK orders you have the option of Next Day Delivery.

Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and we will dispatch your order that day with delivery for the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm with Next Day Delivery will be dispatched the following work day and delivered the next working day after dispatch.

This service is not available for international customers, but please contact us and we can discuss the best option for you.

Can I track my order?
All domestic and international orders have a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel. You can see your tracking information in the email we send when your order has been dispatched. Didn't receive the email? Remember to check your junk mail folder and if it is nowhere to be found, contact us.
Can I change my delivery address after I have made my order?
Contact us here as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address and the order can't be changed.

What is your returns policy?

We offer free returns for orders in the UK.
How do I return an item?

Sometimes, an item just isn't quite right. We offer free returns for orders in the UK. If you’d like to make a return, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items by post. Always ask for proof of posting.

Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached, in an unused condition. Please pack your item(s) as securely as possible to prevent damage in transit.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
You will be refunded for the item(s) that you return, at the price that you paid.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your item(s), we aim to process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete. If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with us here.
Are there items I can't return?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty.
We are also unable to accept returns of personalised items and orders with a bespoke element.
