The Rio self care, eco-friendly spa gift box makes the perfect gift or as a treat for yourself.
The Rio gift box contains the following items:
2 Bamboo Toothbrushes with BPA free quality dental grade bristles;
1 Bamboo Facecloth made from sustainable bamboo fibres;
1 Pumice Stone made from natural lava;
1 Vegan friendly triple milled soap (scented).
Our packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
🌿THE PUMICE STONE
A natural, ergonomically shaped, exfoliator that contains no synthetic ingredients, nor toxins.
1. Soak callused skin in warm water;
2. Wet the pumice stone in soapy water and rub gently over the skin using a circular motion;
3. Rinse the area thoroughly and pat dry with the bamboo face cloth;
4. Hang the pumice stone to dry using the string cord.
Care for your pumice stone: Every month boil the stone for 5 minutes to deep clean it and kill any bacteria.
🌿 THE BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSHES
The naturally hygienic bamboo toothbrushes have an ergonomically designed handle to fit your hand perfectly and have medium-soft ‘waveform’ nylon bristles that feel comfortable in your mouth. The bristles are designed to leave you with clean teeth and gums while preventing damage to tooth enamel. They are great for people with sensitive teeth.
1. Brush your teeth twice a day and replace your brush every 3 months;
2. After use, quickly dry with a towel and store upright.
Upcycling and composting: To compost your toothbrush, pull out the bristles with a pair of pliers and dispose of them. The nylon bristles are biodegradable but take a long time to degrade so we recommend either upcycling your old toothbrush or disposing of the nylon bristles separately. To recycle - use your old toothbrush as a nail brush, a general purpose cleaning brush (it’s perfect for cleaning the pores of the pumice stone when they become clogged!), as a plant label for your greenhouse or garden.
🌿 THE BAMBOO FACE CLOTH
The super soft, naturally antibacterial face cloth, is made from highly sustainable bamboo fibres and gently buffs away dead skin cells to reveal clean, smooth skin.
🌿 THE VEGAN FRIENDLY TRIPLE MILLED SOAP
Triple milled soap contains less water and more actual soap creating a long-lasting hard soap (so no messy blob in your soap dish!). There is also no animal fat in the soap making it Vegan friendly too!
PLEASE NOTE: this soap is fragranced.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy (from the date of delivery), and for sale items within 14 days from the date of delivery, to return unwanted items by post.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags attached, unworn, undamaged and in the condition they were received.
If approved, we will refund via the original method with which you paid. This takes on average 5-10 working days.
Pack your items as securely as possible to prevent items becoming damaged in transit. Please ensure that you have your name and order number attached.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we do not refund the shipping charge for the returned item. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service to mail your return.
Customers are responsible for the loss & cost when returning items.
Once we have received your return, we aim to inspect the items and process your refund within 7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the process is complete. You will be refunded for the item(s) that you return, at the price that you paid and to the original payment method used on purchase. If you haven't received your refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with us at hello@antoniayork.com.
Exchanges
All exchanges need to be agreed upon within the return window, as above. We accept exchanges if the item arrived to you damaged or faulty. We also accept exchanges for other Antonia York items of equal price, if the original is not quite right. The condition of items eligible for exchange must be consistent with the conditions detailed in the 'returns' stipulations above.
Return delivery costs of faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Antonia York.
Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@antoniayork.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns from Overseas
Customers making returns from outside the UK will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked method of post that comes with proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
When posting your return from outside the UK, select Returned Goods on the customs form. Not doing so could lead to delays or your items being rejected.
